James O’Leary is the Founder and Director of Undisputed Performance & Rehab, a Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a particular focus on post operative rehabilitation and non operative injury management. James works with everyone from older adults and the general population through to professional athletes, combining clinical physiotherapy with progressive strength rehabilitation to build confidence, capacity and independence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Medical Science
  • Master of Physiotherapy, University of Sydney
  • Australian Strength & Conditioning Association Level 1

Experience:

James founded Undisputed Performance & Rehab to provide a more complete approach to rehabilitation, bridging the gap between traditional physiotherapy and strength and conditioning. He also works as Head Physiotherapist within a medical practice in Woolooware and has experience across multiple musculoskeletal private practices in Sydney.

James has worked with professional and recreational athletes across boxing, BJJ, MMA, rugby, soccer, AFL, tennis and athletics, giving him extensive experience managing the demands of rehabilitation and return to sport.

His approach applies the same principles across every population: understand the problem, develop a clear plan and progressively build the physical capacity required for long term recovery.

  • Post operative rehabilitation and structured return to strength, function and sport
  • Non operative injury management and helping people explore appropriate conservative management options before surgery
  • ACL injuries, including rehabilitation following reconstruction and non operative management using the Cross Bracing Protocol
  • Joint replacement and orthopaedic rehabilitation
  • Complex knee, hip, ankle and shoulder conditions
  • Strength rehabilitation for older adults to maintain muscle, bone health, physical capacity and independence

Jimmy Eccleston is a Physiotherapist at Undisputed Performance & Rehab with a background in Exercise Science and Physiotherapy. He has a particular interest in spinal pain, running related injuries and sports rehabilitation, combining clinical physiotherapy with progressive exercise to help people return to work, training, running and sport.

  • Master of Physiotherapy

Experience:

Jimmy’s background in Exercise Science provides a strong foundation in movement, training and exercise prescription alongside his clinical physiotherapy experience.

He has experience developing running and rehabilitation programs for everyone from recreational runners through to high level athletes. His clinical work also includes lower back and spinal pain, running related conditions, lower limb injuries and everyday sporting injuries.

Jimmy takes a practical approach to rehabilitation, helping people understand their injury before progressively rebuilding strength, movement and training capacity. His approach closely reflects the Undisputed philosophy of moving beyond short term symptom management and developing the capacity required for long term performance and independence.

Paddy Tegg is a Personal Trainer and Physiotherapy Assistant at Undisputed Performance & Rehab, bringing a dynamic blend of academic expertise and elite sporting experience to help clients achieve their peak performance. As captain of the St George Premier Division AFL Team and a former Sydney Swans Academy athlete, Paddy has lived the demands of high-level sport, giving him unique insight into performance, recovery, and resilience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Medical Science (Anatomy & Pathology)
  • Completing Physiotherapy training

Experience:
Paddy combines his deep understanding of the human body with practical coaching experience, having guided group classes and individuals both in-person and remotely. His background as an elite athlete informs his approach to injury prevention and performance optimisation, helping clients unlock their full potential.

Paddy focuses on end-stage rehabilitation and transitioning into sport-specific training, performance, and recovery optimisation, empowering athletes and everyday movers to train smarter and perform without limits.
